Important Shipping Update – Please Read

We are working diligently to process all orders currently in our system. At this time, we cannot guarantee all orders will be processed prior to our final cut-off times.

As of August 25th, all orders will not be processed until shipping services are restored as early as September 2, 2025. By placing an order during this period, you acknowledge this expected delay in processing your order. You will be contacted before your order is processed to finalize product availability and pricing.

Service Update Regarding De Minimis Removal

Providing you with quality prescriptions at the best possible prices is our number one objective. With the upcoming changes to U.S. import legislation taking effect August 29th, 2025, specifically the removal of the de minimis exemption for goods valued under $800, we would like to update you on our current state of affairs:

  • We currently contract with seven licensed dispensaries in five different countries. Each dispensary will be required to find new shipping and logistics partners to comply with the de minimis changes. It is unlikely all dispensaries will be in compliance by August 29th. As such, product availability and pricing will significantly change.

  • All partner dispensaries are currently implementing new customs declaration and prepayment procedures to comply with U.S. Customs and Border Protection requirements. a. These changes may cause temporary processing delays as dispensaries adapt to the new rules. b. Shipping carriers that are able to collect duties and tariffs up front may experience higher demand, which could affect transit times.

  • Due to these legislative changes, shipping costs and final prices may temporarily increase. This is a direct result of the need to prepay tariffs, duties, and handling fees before packages can be sent to the United States. We will continue to work with our partners to minimize these costs and will adjust pricing when possible.

  • At this time, delivery timelines are more difficult to predict. While we will continue to ship orders as quickly as possible, additional customs processing may extend delivery times beyond the usual four-week window. If you require your medication urgently, we recommend placing orders early or filling at a local pharmacy to avoid any interruption in your regimen. We estimate that shipping will take between four to six weeks.

  • Our Contact Center is experiencing higher-than-usual call volumes as customers inquire about the new rules. Hold times may be longer, but our team is working hard to assist everyone as quickly as possible. We encourage you to use our online self-service options whenever possible.

  • As we work with alternative shipping routes and carriers, product pricing may vary from your last order depending on the customs duties applied. We will contact you directly if any significant price changes affect your order.

  • We are suspending our price matching policy until further notice.

  • Reshipments will be processed on a case by case basis and may be subject to additional costs.
