How can I be sure the medication I receive is authentic and safe?

Your safety is our priority. We work exclusively with licensed, government-approved dispensaries that follow strict manufacturing, storage, and dispensing standards. All medications meet the quality regulations of their country of origin. Each order includes patient information materials, and you can request pharmacist counselling for any questions.

Why are your prices lower than my local pharmacy?

We connect you to reputable international dispensaries and manufacturers where certain medications are priced lower due to local market conditions and different distribution systems. Lower prices do not mean lower quality—our partners are regulated and supply therapeutically equivalent medicines, allowing us to pass savings on to you.

Are your partner dispensaries licensed and certified?

Yes. We contract exclusively with dispensaries that are licensed by their respective government regulatory agency and meet all regulatory quality standards.

Do I need a prescription, and how do I send it to you?

Yes, a valid prescription is required for all prescription medications. You can upload, email, or fax a copy to get your order started, or ask your doctor to fax it to us directly. The original prescription must then be mailed for our partner dispensary’s records, just like at your local pharmacy. If you need assistance, our customer care team is happy to guide you.

What if I don’t have my prescription immediately?

You may place an order and submit the prescription later, but we cannot process or ship your order until we have a valid prescription. Contact us if you need guidance obtaining or transferring a prescription.

Can I talk with a pharmacist about my medication?

Absolutely. You’re entitled to pharmacist counselling. Contact customer care and request pharmacist support—either by phone or in writing—and we’ll arrange a consultation. You will also receive a patient information sheet with your order.

How much medication can you supply at once?

Our partner dispensaries can typically dispense up to a 90-day supply per fill. If refills remain on your prescription, we will keep them on file for future orders. We also provide courtesy refill reminders to ensure you always have your medications when you need them.

When will I receive my medication?

After we receive your valid prescription, orders are typically processed and shipped within one week. Because medications are shipped internationally, please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for delivery. We recommend ordering 30–45 days before you need a refill to avoid running out.

What if my package takes longer than 4 weeks?

While rare, international postal or customs delays can occur. If your package hasn’t arrived within four weeks of shipment, please contact us. We will investigate, and if the package is confirmed lost, our partner dispensary will re-ship your order.

Do you ship multiple medications together?

Yes, different medications can be included in a single order. Whenever possible, our partner dispensaries will ship all items in a single package. However, if items come from different dispensaries or one item is delayed, your order may be split into multiple shipments. This will not result in extra charges.

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide with some restrictions. Our approved dispensaries ship to many countries including the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Spain, and France. If your country is not listed during checkout, contact customer care to verify we ship to your region.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Absolutely! We use industry-standard security protocols (such as SSL) to protect your payment and account information. If you prefer, we can discuss alternative payment arrangements—please contact customer care.

Why are your prices lower than my local pharmacy?

Our mission is to maximize your savings. We evaluate markets around the world for the lowest possible price and bring that product directly to you while never sacrificing quality standards. Market conditions allow for certain regions to offer lower-cost generic alternatives which your local pharmacy may not be able to offer at this time.

Will you accept my insurance?

We do not currently bill insurance companies or PBMs directly. However, we can provide medical expense reports and receipts to help you submit claims to your insurer.

How does your price‑match guarantee work?

CanadianPharmacyAdvantage.com's contracted dispensaries will match or beat any Canadian International Pharmacy Association (CIPA) approved pharmacy. Shipping fees must be included when making the comparison. Competitor promotions and specials are excluded. Competitor price quotes must be provided and valid at the time of placing the order to be eligible. The competitor must also have the product(s) offered of similar origin and/or dispensing country while in stock and readily available to order.

Any import fees (such as tariffs) are exempt from our price-matching policy.

Our price-matching policy may be suspended from time-to-time due to market conditions outside of our control.

How do promotional codes and referral rewards work?

Enter a single promotional code during checkout (only one code per order). Promotional codes usually cannot be combined with other offers, including the Referral Program. For details on referral rewards, contact customer care.

Are the generic medications you offer safe and effective?

Yes. The generics we source are therapeutically equivalent to their brand-name counterparts: they contain the same active ingredient and work the same way. The only difference may be the color, shape, or size of the tablet, but the active ingredient is the same and will have the same efficacy as the brand medication.

Why do the pills look different than those from my local pharmacy?

Appearance can vary because different manufacturers use different pill shapes or colors; generic versions can look different from brand‑name versions; and brand‑name products may vary across countries. If you’re unsure whether a medication is correct, contact our pharmacist for verification.

Do you ship controlled substances or narcotics?

No. Our contracted dispensaries do not ship narcotics, controlled, or opiate-containing medications due to strict international regulations and safety considerations.

Can I cancel my order once it’s submitted?

You may cancel a first‑fill order within 24 hours of us receiving your prescription if it hasn’t yet been processed. Refill orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun. Contact customer care immediately if you need to cancel.

What if my order never arrives—do you guarantee delivery?

We want every order to reach you safely. Provided you gave a correct delivery address, if your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, we will work with our partner dispensary to reship your order.

Do you accept returns?

For safety and legal reasons, prescription medications cannot be returned once dispensed, even if unopened. If you have concerns about your medication, contact customer care immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Will you ship every medication?

Availability varies by dispensary and country. Some medications may not be in stock or available in certain jurisdictions. If you don’t see a medication listed, contact us and we’ll check whether a partner dispensary can source it for you.

Where are your government‑approved dispensaries located?

Our contracted dispensaries are located in countries such as Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and Mauritius. We always disclose the dispensing country during the order process when applicable.
